The CGS (Clutchless Gear System) is a device that is easy to install thanks to Plug & Play solutions for each motorcycle model: NO external power supply is required! The configuration is manual via 3 rotary switches, so no external device such as a PC or SmartPhone is required. Thanks to the 0-100% self-recognition of the throttle position sensor, the device is active only above 5% accelerator opening. Thanks to the “ZEROPOWER” technology, the device absorbs a minimal energy for ONLY operation with the engine running.

The CGS4 eBox unit is made in aluminum and anodized. Harness and connectors are for Motorsport applications, thus making the device resistant to engine temperatures, oil and hydrocarbons as well as water sprays even under pressure (NOT by immersion) and vibrations.

It is possible to configure the Cut-Off time at Full Gas (FT) from 40 to 99 thousandths of a second with an accuracy of 1 thousandth of a second and the Partial Gas Cut-Off time (PT) from 1 to 9, necessary parameter to increase the “FT” time according to the accelerator opening through an internal algorithm.

The kit consists of a single electronic control unit (eBox CGS4), an electromechanical sensor to be applied on the gearshift mechanism or directly on the lever depending on the application and a Plug & Play wiring connecting to the ORIGINAL motorcycle electrical system , specific for each motorcycle models.
