If you’ve had a stranded SP Electronics product or it’s been damaged, don’t worry: our repair service will guide you every step of the way. Simply contact us and describe the problem: we’ll guide you on how to ship the component, analyze the damage, and let you know if it’s repairable. Once repaired, the product is returned to you ready to use. And what if the damage is too serious? No problem: we offer a scrapping option, so you can replace it with a new one at a discounted price. A service designed for those who use their motorcycle, not just to look at it.

Can I scrap only
SP Electronics products or also those of other brands?
We primarily accept our own products, but in many cases we also accept competitor devices: just specify this in the request form.

Simply contact us using the support form: we’ll guide you step-by-step through shipping the product and assessing the fault.
How does scrapping actually work?
Fill out the online form, ship the faulty or obsolete product to our office, and receive a special discount toward the purchase of a new SP Electronics product.
How long does a repair take on average?
It depends on the type of damage: repairs generally take 7 to 15 working days, excluding shipping times.
What discount do I get for scrapping my product?
The discount varies based on the scrapped product and the new model you wish to purchase. After evaluating it, we will immediately send you our updated offer.
What happens if the product is not repairable?
In that case, we will offer you the scrapping option: you can return the old product and receive an immediate discount on the purchase of a new SP Electronics device.
